Finale 2008 has Garritan instruments, so I'm assuming they're adding more.  You could always have a dual monitor setup for your computer PMS. 

Finale 2009 is expected to start shipping the week of July 21, 2008.

You can only preorder it right now, MP knew about this earlier this week along with a bunch of us in IRC.  Torrents will probably show up a few hours after people start receiving them.
