I'll go with too obscure. I forgot there even was a mario party game for the GBA, and, even then, I can't remember a single mario party song off the top of my head. Imo, they're not that memorable.

For some reason I loved that game a lot and so I guess I assumed everyone else did too (and I used the track that you'd have to hear every time you started the game, to be fair)

Sometimes a quick youtube search can be a diagnostic. I did one for that song and the first result had <250 views. Still, it helps to know the audience, as a high hit count =/= high recognition, as was the case with my list.

edit: lol Eurogamer gave it a 1/10 and called it "practically the dictionary definition of awful."
