Submission error

I wanted submit a revision of an arrangement I made but everytime I try I get this:

"The following error or errors occurred while processing your submission:
A MIDI file was not uploaded."

But I selected a midi in the panel! What should I do now?

Not sure what you mean by "I selected a midi":

Are you in the NSM Panel?

Did you Browse for a MIDI file in the row labelled "MIDI(.mid) File:"?

Is the "MIDI(.mid) File:" box checked off?

If all of the above are true, something sounds like a bug...
