It seems you were aware that there are some variations in between the repeated phrases, but did not account for all of them.

For example, the first and second phrases (m. 1-2 & m. 3-4), the chord is C major, not E minor and A minor (as you have in m. 5-6, which is correct). This is evident from the change in the upright bass's part.

Since your submission is an XML import from Musescore, I took the liberty of rewriting your arrangement natively in Finale. This cleans up a lot of visual artifacts that don't translate properly from an XML import (font sizes, margins, stem lengths, etc.).
