Also, it would be easier to snap those last two notes in the last bar if you did it with both hands. I'd put something like an "L.H." Under the eighth note and an "R.H." over the last quarter note.

The bracket on beat one of measure three is a bit hard to distinguish from the staff line. Maybe extend it upwards to be in the middle of the A space?
