I wonder why is the page number (the 2) in the bottom of the page?? It should be at the top.

Also watch certain parts, some chords create very large intervals such as measure 14 LH and measure 22 RH. See if you can do anything to fix it and make it easier/playable. 

I noticed that you could use layers more efficiently. Like in measures 8, 11 and 12. Show what's the melody and whats the accompaniment by splitting big chords into 2 layers.

Also you have to change your notation in measure such as measure 31 layer 2. You can't have a half note covering beat 2 and 3, you must instead write it as a quarter note on beat 2 tied to a quarter note on beat 3, thereby showing beat 3.

rhythm errors:
measure 8 beat 4 RH: the low notes melody is just a quarter, while the accompaniment plays 8ths.
measure 16: the second notes (the F and A) in the melody is on the last beat. NOT on the 3rd beat upbeat. I also think that note should have a staccato.
measure 24: same as measure 8, stated above.
measure 22 RH: that quarter triplet is basically just a quarter and a (swing) eigth tied to a quarter.
measure 32 LH: same as measure 22, as stated above.

bass notes:
measure 10: beat 4 it's an A not a B.
measure 26: beat 4 I think it's an A, not a C however.

-Un-hide all of your rests in the first and second layers.
-The first half of mm 14 (RH) should be beamed up, not down.
-lower the placement of the crescendo starting at measure 33 for that system.

Do you use another program like musescore and import the files into finale? Weird things happen when you do that, and it's literally the worst to work around:

Yeah, CNZ is my last arrangement from NotePad, and as you know, it doesn't make PDFs and MIDIs, so I have to export it as a XML to MuseScore. Luckily, I've gotten Finale, and that shouldn't happen any longer.

Edit: If I unhide all the rests, especially in both layers, there will be a terrible clashing. Are you sure?

NotePad is most definitely capable of making midi and PDF file types.
MIDI files: save as > midi
PDF files: print (then select a separatly installed PDF printing program, such as CutePDF, as the printer)

You have to install a separate program for the PDF-printing to work.
