I would say move the middle layer around. In some parts it's clearly easier to play with the LH (say, measures 16-20, and many other places as well).

I thought I fixed it up a bit so the triplet voice is in the staff according to the hand that should play it. Unless you mean adding indicator lines?

and yes I'll get on that double sharp issue. soon

Only thing I could think of is maybe using slurs to indicate phrases in the RH melody (and maybe LH). But it's not necessarily necessary. Other than that I think it looks great.
