I love Tekken, I love mons, the game seems insanely good and crisp. it's clear I'm getting this game when I have the time for it :]

Most likely maining Gengar but maybe Suicune, both seem great characters with depth and options

I haven't exactly gone through them all with this in mind, but I would consider Weavile and Pikachu Libre to be among the fastest. Technically Sceptile is in the speed class too but he isn't as fast from what I've experienced.
