Yes, it is fairly good.  but be warned......

1.  It might be very complicated,
2.  I am not the greatest arranger, but will do my best,
3.  it will most likely take a while.

Sure, I don't collaborate much, but I'm sure it could work out! You can credit me as another arranger!

Two things I wanted to point out with your arrangement so far though...

1. Should probably add bass...

2. Some of the notes are off.

I can fix it for you and send it back with bass line and note fixes! Will take a while, so don't expect it too soon!
