Pointing out problems is good; offering solutions is better:



A.) You can EASILY incorporate the pad line into your piano arrangement if you move the voice up on octave. Note overlap also becomes non-existent if you do the following--
B.) Sustain pedal - This is one of the most widely used techniques in piano playing, and it works perfectly for the legato feel this song is trying to create. It also will allow you to sustain the pad line while using the right hand to play the top of the arpeggio.

***VERY IMPORTANT -- Measures 5-9's accidentals are all off. G# should be Ab, and C# should be Db. Even without knowing any theory, anyone should at least be able to tell having a G# and a G in the same measure is an eye-brow raiser, especially since the key signature (C minor, 3 flats) already says it should be an Ab.
