My PDF was uploaded by when i press "submit" it says it wasen't uploaded!?

I'm not a computer guy by any means, but I have had a similar experience where I was submitting a file through NSM Panel, uploaded it, but then realized I still needed to change something. So, after I fixed the problem and tried to re-save the file, I COULDN'T. I figured out it was because I still had the old file in use by the NSM Panel, so I had exit NSM Panel, THEN save the new file, THEN upload.

In short, just make sure the file isn't being in use somewhere else.
