First of all, that first measure should be a pickup measure.
2ndly, this is not in anything/4 time. Definitely 6/8. That should get rid of the triplets/12ththingies and make it work much better.
Your accidentals really, really need respelling. I'm far from an expert, but it is just really, really off. Most of the Dflats should be C sharps (I think)
