I need a file that can be read and edited using Finale SongWriter 2010 containing

Clarinet
Violin x 2
Bassoon
Trumpet
Flute
Trombone
Tuba
Marimba
French Horn
Timpani
Church Organ
Glockenspiel
General Percussion

Not necessarily in that order though 

Since I have Finale 2011, I had export the sheet as an XML:

You have to open Finale first, then go to MusicXML, and then click Import.

Try right-click on the link > Save Target as...

And then grab Finale and open the file

I need a sheet in 12/8 in Db major.
Both hands treble clef until measure 13.
At which, the left hand goes back to the original bass clef.

If the someone wouldn't mind, could you title it an apostrophe or something to mark the middle of the sheet please?

Actually... Since you're offering, I do need another...

3/2 time with both hands in the bass.
Second beat in the second measure the right hand needs to go back up to the treble.
And if you could, make the first measure a pickup beat; one beat long.

Can I have a song that's 24 measures long, has one flat, and a time signature of 4/4. Also, can it have a metronome marking of (quarter note) = 130. Oh, and the song repeats itself (from beginning to end) (can't seem to get repeats to work in notepad.)
