Why is there a little box under the music section?

Under the link to the music board there is a little box. What's that? Is it just me? (My computer crashed, and I just got it fixed.......and it's settings are all wonkey!)

As far as I know, that's always been there. It doesn't do anything, so I just ignore it.
(Again, as far as I know)

I used to see the music note, but not anymore........and WTHECK!!! since my Pc crashed my processing speed is HALF of what it was?????? I can't play some of my games......

I can see the music notes. I'm pretty sure the "♫" is a unicode format. I might be wrong though. Maybe your browser can't use unicodes? Are you encoding with UTF-8? UTF-8 Can read unicode and display it accordingly.

Also "%E2%99%AB" is the code to display a ♫ in a url in html

If you're using IE7, right click anywhere on the webpage and go to

Right-click-menu-->Encoding-->UTF-8
