Multiple large hurricanes and a tiny earthquake.

Very few, I think only two somewhat serious hurricanes have gone by NJ that I've gone through.

6 Hurricanes, an earthquake, countless severe floods, two tornados, one blizzard (was snowed in for 5 days), and I was almost hit by lightening (it stuck literally feet in front of my car while driving through a storm once.)

Mother Nature is a hearty woman, but greater forces than her have tried, and failed, to destroy me.

one earthquake (nisqually 2001), a couple of extratropical cyclones. This part of the west coast is fairly shelteted

Severe thunderstorms and whatever is left of a hurricane when it gets to eastern PA. Numerous ice storms, and a minor earthquake a few years ago.
There was also that hundred year flood a few years back, as well.

Occasional earthquakes, but fortunately nothing too bad.

you want sheltered?  Minnesota.  We don't get anything.  Well, southern MN gets tornadoes but we don't usually get any

My grandpa was a bodyguard for the president of S.Korea does that count
