BDS should be able to change his words so its easiest to understand him. (Hint hint, please make the sentences easy to read, if that's even true anyway.)

Text based curses shouldn't effect the game too much, they're more of a nuisance. The more important curses would be any that change votes or involve the dead. The wording of posts would not help with figuring out the more important curses. I'm not very good at imagining specific scenarios, but you get the main idea.
