I dunno, I guess they could be. I just figured it might be easier to read seeing as there's syncopation flying everywhere.

I don't really have a problem with this one. Though, have you thought about/tried combining the layers in the LH? I feel like it would be easier to read if I didn't have to think about the timing of each layer separately. The trade off would be less accurate note lengths and releases, but it goes by pretty quickly, so it wouldn't be the end of the world or anything.

I dunno, part of the problem is that it's technically part of the RH chords and nothing to do with the bass riff.

I'll look into it sometime after Christmas when I get some time on my hands.
