Dream Theater apologizes for his behavior. I forgive him but I don't expect everyone here to. Decide for yourself, but I think he's sincere.

I'm a bit torn, but I'm going to err on the side of forgiveness in this case. He seems sincere, but if it happens again I don't think he can really expect forgiveness again.
That said, if he's legitimately changed his behavior I'd be happy to have him back.
