I have to vote for NES because it homes the original Super Mario Bros. 3. (Which is my favorite Mario game)
It was also the beginning for many huge lines such as Mario, Zelda, Metroid, etc.

Super Nintendo for me, because of Donkey Kong Country 2-3, Super Mario World, Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, and the Fire Emblem games (there are NES FEs too, but the ones on the SNES are better).

I've never owned a SNES, but from ports to GBA and such, I enjoy playing old SNES games over the old NES games. Yes, I know it's the original, the classic, but just because it's a milestone doesn't mean it's the best- I just think the SNES had a better selection of games that fit the demographic of players while also using up the 32-bit graphics perfectly.
