Hey! Sorry it took so long to respond (I'm lazy ).
Here's what I have so far. (Let me know if the link isn't working.)
In my original file, the first 16 measures had an 8va over the right hand, so you can put that back in if you'd like. Plus the spacing is a little wonky from XML transferring, so feel free to fix that.
