So I decided to start breeding Pupitars while I'm waiting for a Frogadier...

First Pupitar caught:

Assuming it has four 31 IVs, this is a great start to breeding. I just need to find a female with 31 IVs in HP (and maybe speed... and a beneficial nature).

The IVs aren't too good compared to the first Pupitar, but that nature... I think, since BREED1's IVs are fairly good, I'll start breeding them, and then I'll work the IVs out as I go along.

Before testing BREEDX4, BREEDX3 seems to be the best amongst his brothers: his HP stat is rather fair, and all of his other stats are high except for attack (speed and special attack I don't really care about).

From the start, I can tell that BREEDX4's special attack is lower than the others. Upon further testing, I can say, unfortunately, that this group is a bit of a disappointment, inheriting mostly all the wrong stats. Sigh...

BREEDX6 is the most perfect result of breeding so far, with likely 31 IVs in Atk, Def, Sp. Atk, and Sp. Def, the only thing she's missing is HP, which can be solved with more breeding. THIS IS DELICIOUS! I think I'll hunt for a male Pupitar in the Friend Safari with 31 HP IVs, and hopefully some other good ones...

Better HP, but worse all-around everything else.

This is good for breeding with BREEDX6. With those two, the best possible combination would be: 29 HP IVs from BREED3, 31 Atk IVs from either, 31 Def IVs from either, 31 Sp. Def IVs from BREEDX6, and 2-4 Speed IVs from BREED3, which I would be fully satisfied with.
