Well, if we're at 649, with that being Genesect, then Chespin=650, Fennekin=653, and Froakie being 656, with it's last evolution being 658. 666 is shortly after, meaning it's mostl likely goin to be a weak beginning Pokemon, perhaps even Fletchling or Zigzagoon, since it is confirmed to return.

If Zigzagoon returns it wouldn't get a new number, for the national dex anyway. They had some sinister Pokemon in the early numbers in Unova (Purrloin/Liepard) so I don't see why they wouldn't do it again.

edit: wait I didn't see the "weak" part. It could be an evolution of another Pokemon, so if it was in the beginning it would w=still e somewhat strong?
