So when is Nintendo gonna do that Gold/Silver thing again but make it with all the regions?  'Cause that's what I'm waiting for, and I feel like I'll be waiting longer than people were waiting for X and Y... :/

Think about it. If they made one game with all the regions, players wouldn't be done and ready for the next game in forever. Not only that, you'd take all the sales from all the previous regions, and put them all into the sales for one pair of games. Nintendo will never do that because it's a terrible idea from a marketing point of view. I'm still hopeful for the R/S remakes though.

I think it's something most of the fans want, but I personally think a game like that would ruin the franchise.

Yeah I know I'm in the minority but I think if people thought about it for longer than an elementary schooler would they'd realize it's a really terrible idea, and not just from a marketing standpoint.
