Also, why does everyone call Yuki Nagato "Yuki" while Kyon calls her "Nagato"? And is Mikuru pronounced with the emphasis on the Mi or the Ku? I've heard it go both ways. The same thing with Koizumi, I think everyone prononces it differently

Kyon calls her Nagato out of respect; same with Asahina. Haruhi gave him permission to call her by her first name at some point.
