Have you by chance tried to read the bible?  It's one of the most uplifting things you can do with yourself.  I'd understand if you didn't, but it's too effective for me not to say it.

This thread has gotten pretty awesome. There's no way PrideSage won't be cheered out of his depressive state after reading through this.

Also, if you're depressed DO NOT READ THE BIBLE. Olimar and ZeldaPianist obviously haven't read it, because it isn't a cheery book, at all. Read some Avatar comics or watch a Louis CK stand-up special or something that will actually make you smile. The Bible is long, pretty boring, and fairly depressing and/or gruesome at many points. Not a good anti-depressant.

BUT the best thing you can do is visit a doctor, like Ruto said. LUCKILY, I know a few good ones:
