I actually enjoy traditional christmas carols because they are very easy to vary.

Here We Come A-Wassailing, Do You Hear What I Hear?, Carol of the Bells, Good King Wenceslas, the list goes on.

Stille Nacht, Boars Head Carol, Coventry Carol, We Three Kings, O Little Town of Bethlehem, We Three Kings, Adeste Fideles, etc.
