I actually pretended it was in F minor, because of the Eb and Db power chords. And thanks

Well it is in C dominant phrygian, which is major - the Eb are only there because the chord on those beats are Dbmaj13(#11), and the ninth in Db is Eb.
But yeah, I have actually seen a sheet notate dominant phrygian like that before - the Wikipedia page mentions something about weird time signatures as well, so I guess it's ok

Oh well, I don't really care a 100% about the sheet, if I ever (ever ever ever) would get a band to play these songs, I would change the sheets somewhat.
