I used to be good at running track but then I got lazy. I like playing most sports (except hockey and the racquet games) but my favourite is volleyball.

I love free running (using urban cities as tracks)...it's better than running across a field five or six times...and besides, you're not stuck on the same place. You have to go out and explore, because adventure is out there!!

I seem to have the ability to be athletic if I put effort into it, ie I can do distance running and standard "working out" provides results for me, however I am lazy.  I do enjoy the occasional pickup soccer or frisbee game though.

I'm not a good runner either because my heart sucks, but I still enjoy it. I enjoy going to the gym from time to time too, especially with friends.
