-You forgot a part of the song! Listen from 1:43
-The song is in D minor, meaning the key signature has one flat.
-The intro exists out of 2 bars, not one.
-All Ab's in the song need to be G#'s, just like the Db's need to be C#'s.
-I would make the choir notes like this:

And so on.
-The bass in the first part is 8th note - 8th rest - 8th note - 8th rest etc.
Bar 1: I think this bar also needs a dynamic. I think the dynamic is a mf, by the way.
Bar 6-7: The notes in the right hand here are a sixteenth beat too late.
Bar 8-9: The last two sixteenth notes in those bars are a D and an A.
Bar 10: The F on the 3th beat is an F#.
Bar 14-17: I would notate the right hand like this:

Bar 18-19: There is a bar rest between those two bars.
Bar 19: There needs to be a mf dynamic in this bar.
Bar 22-23: Those bars are so messy.. I would notate them like this:
