That is the ending theme from the ORIGINAL Pokemon Black and White, "ENDING -To Each Future"--it is available on the soundtrack for the games Pokemon Black and Pokemon White, not Pokemon Black 2 and Pokemon White 2.

On the soundtrack for Pokemon Black and Pokemon White, it is disc 2, track 41.

CD bonus--see, on the day it was released on CD, it was released on iTunes in Japan, along with every other Pokemon game album to date. The previous albums were missing the Emerald and Platinum tracks, so they included it here. This is so potentially you could digitally download all Pokemon music to date.

Plus, the last few have been 4 discs, so they probably wanted to find a way to cover that many and thereby justify the price.
