i want to put some songs on the site how do i put a mus or pdf of something on in the submissions?

Submissions are closed right now. When they reopen, you'll see a new topic in the "Submissions" section titled something like "Submissions for next update- 4 new... blah blah blah" There you can post a MUS, PDF, and MIDI to your song (shared through dropbox, mediafire, etc) so uploaders can view them.

No, because they're closed. You'll post yours on the new topic that's created once this round of submissions is completed. Until then save them in a personal arrangements topic (create a topic that says "mammamiaboy's arrangements" or something like that and post your arrangements there).

If you don't want to download anything, then mediafire is your best option.
