Not in the default document you're given. You can only put sustain markings if they exist in the mus.

Oh. Ok. But say you finish your file, and the pedal lifts every barline. What if you need it to lift up twice in certain measures?
Would you need an entirely new template?

I don't think so, though that would look clunky on the sheet. I'll figure out a way to make it so you can use the pedal markings that are lines and breaks. (|______/\____)
