This is why I wonder why Kefka is a mod, yet does nothing, and JMH refuses to demote him; yet Olimar is more than capable as an updater, and doesn't get the power to do so.

Winter and DekuTrombonist alone are pretty much useless to us at this point (not themselves; as far as being updaters go). There is not a single active updater.

I will be gone 2 years, from October 24th, 2012 to October 24th, 2014. During that time, I would like someone post the arrangements I have listed below on my behalf when a submissions update rolls around. Please submit my arrangements in the order given below, from the top of the list to the bottom. Upon submission, I give permission to the submissions quality-assurance team (Deku and Olimar currently) to modify my arrangements in order to correct music theory errors and other aesthetic issues. I do not permit any changes to the transcription itself.

  It's playable...   ...in half-quick tempo and with the omitting of some notes/chords .

But I'll assume you don't so I'm volunteering to help with this. Trouble is, sometimes I'll miss a few submission periods...

Would someone please make Olimar an updater? I can't take this anymore. The last post on site news was July 4th, and if i'm seeing the trend correctly, this update won't be done till Thanksgiving simply because it's a holiday.

My post has been fixed since early September, in case anyone finds a sudden eagerness to continue :l

Agree.  This is getting absurd.  Deku, we completely understand if you're overbooked.  That's why we need more updaters.  I'd really appreciate it if Jamaha could promote Olimar.

I was thinking that.  I don't have enough theory knowledge even to help out a little.  :/

Also, don't we have a couple other global mods?  Nintendude vanished, but what about Concerto or Kefka?  What are they doing?
