First and foremost, Pokémon Snap 2. With possibilities for free roaming, it doesn't have to be a track shooter (even though that would be easier to make and allow for more cinematic scenes).

RollerCoaster Tycoon 4 would be pretty sweet too.

Also, I wouldn't say no to a Pokémon R/S/E remake.

First off, I want Majora's Mask for the 3DS. I must live to see it made. O.o

Second, what about a Pokemon MMORPG? Like, with the graphics that Free Realms uses. That would pwn.
You could battle against other people in realistic battles where you can actually see the battle unfold, team up with your friend and have a double battle, travel across the regions, et cetera.

I'm sorry to say this Fabbemannen, but RareWare was bought out by Microsoft, meaning that there probably won't be any more Rare games on a Nintendo console.
