Rules for those new:
You can play once per day, meaning once during the normal hours of your day and time zone you exist in.
You can hurt one Pokémon by subtracting two points, You heal a different Pokémon one point, per turn. You can split the points when hurting a Pokémon IF AND ONLY IF there is one point remaining for said Pokémon.
You may not insert or change the list of Pokémon. The list was hand selected to be free of bias equally represented of all five generations. Pokémon who make it to the list must be considered to be the primary legendary mascots of the games.

my favorites for the win are:
Mewtwo  - I think it looks better than Mew, and though Mew's stats are more balanced, I feel that high attack and speed, and a bit lower defence, is worth it, because if you can attack first and attack strong, you won't need the defence. 

Zekrom - I think Thunder type is more useful than Fire type, since there's already another Fire type legendary (Victini, I believe)

Lugia - I don't know, it looks better than Ho-oh, is more tied in with the anime storyline, and.... Ho-oh is fire type, and likely you already have a powerful fire type.  Depends on your starter. 

Groudon - Ground type is useful.  Plus, unless we all turn into fish, I feel I would like to have more ground than water.   They both look good, but I think Groudon's ddesign is more creative. 

Dialga - looks better, is blue, which I like more than pink, and if you can change time, space doesn't matter. 

Out of all those, my favorites in order of most favorite to least -

Mewtwo - is the one of the first legendaries, design is cool, has a larger strength to size ratio than other legendaries (though I'm not sure if it'll be able to defeat them) and talks. 

Dialga - powerful, can change time, etc.

Lugia - pretty awesome

Zekrom- I haven't played black and white...

Groudon - sorry groudon but I just think the other legendaries are better.
