O...M...G... Giratina is going to appear for some reason, and Davy will attempt to kill it, and its death will cause the distortion world(and the real world cause they are connected) to be destroyed.  Korbin, knowing this, is trying to stop Davy and save the world!

That or he really is going to destroy the world, and just before giratina destroys everything, he discovers true friends and sacrifices himself.
