(Permission from Mashi to go ahead and host this.)

<Story to come later because I honestly don't feel like writing one right now.>

It is now Night 1.  Night 1 ends Tuesday @ 9:00 PM EST/EDT/Whichever we're in right now.

Here are you players:

1. SlowPokemon
2. askalice23
3. shadowkirby_64
4. MaestroUGC
3. Jub3r7
6. Dude
7. SuperFireshadowKirby_64
8. Mashi

And here are your roles:

Wolf - A normal Wolf.  Has no any other powers.
Wolf Shaman - A wolf that can Seer a player every night, and find out their color.

Reviver - Every night, can choose a dead player, and bring them back into the game.  From a game perspective, it will
be like said player never died in the first place.
Vigi - Every night, can choose any player to kill.
Oracle - Every night, can choose a player.  If the Oracle dies that night or the next day phase, that player's role will be revealed to the thread.  (For the sake of this, the Wolf Shaman and Wolf will both be revealed as "Wolf", while the Reviver and Vigi will be revealed as their respective role.)

Decoy - When targeted by the Oracle, the Decoy's role flips to be "Wolf" instead of his actual role.  Told he is a normal human.
Human
Human

Role PMs:

"Wolf.  <x> is the Wolf Shaman."
"Wolf Shaman.  <x> is the Wolf."
"Oracle."
"Reviver."
"Vigi."
"Human.  However, you could be the Decoy."

Liggy

Also, my computer overheated ehile sending out roles.  Luckily, I remembered the last one, but could everyone send me their PMs so I can be sure on who is who?

SlowPokemon

Yep. also just posting so this will show up in the "New Replies to your posts" area.

Fuck logic, that shit is boring, lame and does not always support my opinions.

Jub3r7

Here's a strategy:

Oracle claims; if there are no counter claims, the Reviver and Vigi will claim to him. (We have no females in this game.)
Therefore everyone should post in the thread before this night phase ends so the Reviver and Vigi can be sure of the Oracle's identity.

The wolves probably won't wolf the oracle because then the results would show up right away; we would have the vigi kill them, so the results are announced the next day.
The reviver would revive them the next night.

I don't think the vigi should claim because the disadvantages outweigh the advantages; sure, the wolves might accidentally kill the oracle, but if the wolves wolf the vigi, a whole night phase would go by before the reviver could revive him and he could use his powers again.
Unless any of you think otherwise? Go to #twg and discuss.

MaestroUGC

Try to do everything; you're bound to succeed with at least one.

SuperFireKirby

OHSHIT, it's starting. That being said, the Oracle will be a handy player in case we get into a desperate situation. That being said THE ORACLE SHOULD NOT CLAIM.

A. There's just no purpose to it. Why will we need to know who the oracle is?
B. If he does claim(lol, male oracle) there's no guardian to protect them
C. We want to keep the Oracle alive for late game strategy.
4. If Oracle claims and wolves decide to wolf him, chances are the Oracle will pick a human early in the game.

A. So the blues can work together. We have the oracle claim, then the reviver and vigi can claim to that person and the vigi won't accidentally kill one of the blues and the oracle doesn't accidentally reveal a blue to the entire thread.
B. We actually want the vigi or wolves to take the oracle so the results of the pm can be revealed to the thread.
C. Reviver.
D. That helps to eliminate possible wolves.

Jub3r7

Oh, vigi and reviver, don't claim to Maestro yet. Wait BEFORE the end of the night phase and AFTER everyone has seen Maestro's post to make sure that
1. There are no counterclaims and
2. you don't accidentally reveal a blue's role to the thread.

I've been asked questions!

The Wolf and Vigi results will always make it through, even if either of them die.  I will not reveal who was Vigi'd or Wolf'd, simply who died.
The Oracle will not be revealed upon death, but his results would be, so it would be obvious the Oracle died anyway.
The Reviver cannot Revive living players.  They must be dead before the phase starts (or when the phase starts) to be revived.  In another words, you cannot revive a player if he gets wolf'd that night phase.  It doesn't act as a guardian.

Jub3r7

Oh, and everyone has to post in the thread before the night phase is over just in case Maestro isn't the real oracle!
If you don't, we'll assume that you're a wolf that's trying to slow down the blues.

Don't have anything to contribute? Yes you do!
I have spoken to shadowkirby, Vera, and Dude in the chat, and they all agreed with my strategy posted above.
If your name isn't shadowkirby, Vera, or Dude, you should mention your opinions on the strategy and if you disagree with it, explain why and perhaps provide an alternate strategy.
Whether or not your name is or isn't listed here, it's still important that you post just to acknowledge the fact that you know Maestro claimed Oracle, because if he isn't the real oracle then the rest of the blues will be screwed over when they claim to the wolf, and it will be your fault for not being active.

By adding your name to this list, you are hereby acknowledging the fact that you are aware Maestro claimed Oracle. If there are no counterclaims, the other blues will claim to Maestro. If you don't add your name to this list, we will assume you are a wolf.

EFitTrainr

Um, yeah. If we don't see this, then we are probably being inactive, in which case we will get phantom'd.
I like food.

Mashi

Okay, I sign the agreement to.

Anyway, I haven't really done anything in the game since I've been busy with HW and the like.  But I may possibly die from wolfing this Phase, so just in case, I would like everyone to be cognizant of Jub3r7.  Not only because he's an astute Wolf, but because I'm not fond of the alacrity present in the posts he's making.  His contributions seem a bit contrived so far to me, but nevertheless, there may be an ulterior cause to his excitement, so I may be wrong.  Just a fair warning though, be wary of him; he has been the most active Player so far, so don't allow him to steer the game, because if he's a Wolf, then the game will be over before it has even begun.

Just my two cents, anyhow.

Jub3r7

I'm making up for my inactivity towards the beginning of the last game, and the only thing I'm actually steering is the activity of the other players. :p

A lot of times, people make decisions or don't make decisions because they're nervous about something or because they're too lazy to read a few posts.
For example, in a game I played previously, the real guardian wasn't sure about counter-claiming because they were nervous people wouldn't believe him.
In another game, drp turned out to be human but if he had been paying attention he would have realized that he was helping to lynch the guardian.
I'm mostly just trying to prevent mistakes from other players due to their inactivity. Also rushing this post because my dad is rushing me.
