i'm not sure if there putting in the original but they have a mode where the original sprites will be used.

I don't remeber where ( nintendo3dsblog.com ?) but they said they wouldn't have room on the cartridge for it. however, you can still get it for $10 on the e-shop.

Duh. I've already got it. He's just like "oh em jee new game so much better" (just kidding warioman!) tbh I don't know if I'll even get Cave Story 3D. I'll probably ask for it for Christmas or something.
