Hi. I have a huge request; could someone make me a blank Finale document with the following specifications:

TIME SIGNATURES
Begin in 4/4
Measure 14, change to 6/8
Measure 33, change back to 4/4
Measure 47, change back to 6/8
Measure 82, change back to 4/4
Measure 92, change back to 6/8
Measure 128, change to 3/4
Measure 129, change back to 4/4
Measure 130 change back to 3/4

KEY SIGNATURES
Begin in D Minor
Measure 41, change to G Minor
Measure 60, change to A Minor

Begin with = 166

Measure 47, change to  (dotted quarter) = 140

And it would be greatly appreciated if this could be saved in a Finale product version 2008 or earlier (otherwise I have nothing with which to edit it). I can add title/arranger/other stuff myself.

'Sokay. Actually that would be okay as well, but I would need to download a 2011 product that I don't already have its trial expired.

I thought Finale 2011 could save in "compatability mode" so that files made in it could be opened and edited in older incarnations. I dunno, I just got the program XD

The compatibility mode would be the XML file.

I know with Sibelius you can save in older file formats

EDIT: also in this song could someone tell me the name of the instrument at the beginning? I'm a complete novice and was considering doing an orchestral arrangement of this (it's completely unrelated to this topic but I don't want to make a new topic)
