not sure how to go about submitting once I have the midi/mus/pdf created. Do I post to that thread with a maximum of 5 sheets? Or do I have to wait for the next round to come around? Thanks.

Well, first of all, welcome to NSM! 

Hope to see your arrangements soon. Hmm... wait a sec... Mother 3 songs? Great! Well, I requested "The Attic´s a Dungeon?!" from M3 on the "Request" thread. Maybe too early to request you a song, though  .
If you want to do it, OK, if not, someone else will pick it (hope so  ).
