I can bake pies, biscuits, cinnamon buns, cakes, etc.

Haven't done much cooking, but I've made some damn good potato au gratin and pasta sauce.

What is potato au gratin?

Basically potato lasagna.  You thinly slice potatoes, cook them in a pan with cream for a bit, then lay them into a dish along with the cream and put cheese, bacon, onions, etc in between and on top and whatnot.  Then you cook that dish in an oven

I make mine with gruyere, cheddar, and parmigiano-reggiano cheese along with bacon and shallots or green onions.

Yeah not really. I meant you like your opinions, and they're usually right and logical but...you are really degrading sometimes when trying to argue your point. Not just "I'm right" but "I'm right, and you're wrong; now here's why that makes you suck" doesn't bother me anymore but it really is kind of mean. So yeah that does make you a jerk sometimes in my book, at least on the internet. You're prolly nowhere near that mean irl.
