GBA games on WiiU still doesn't make sense to me, but all new home consoles are garbage atm anyway, so whatevs.

Hahaha! Nope. I'm not a huge fan of the Wii, so to consider buying something that costs THAT much is out of the question. Besides, I don't even have internet! There's no way of me getting it anyway unless I lug my Wii U around to a local gaming store an download there.
