If you were a pokemon, what pokemon would you want to be and why?

Diversity? Pretty basic normal type moveset. He can learn Trump Card, which is cool.
Super-intelligence? Not known. Probably not.
Thumbs? No hands. No arms. No legs. No feet.
Super speed? Not at all.
Able to tie its shoelaces? Refer to thumbs.
Flight? According to Bulbapedia: "Dunsparce are pale yellow, serpentine Pokémon with two small, white-colored wings which are capable of lifting the Pokémon a few inches off the ground."
Swimming? Land Snake Pokemon. Certainly not.
Would the government send out their men in black to catch it? That's like the government catching pigs to help out with a war.
Other? Pretty cute though.
