Pretty epic choice there, sir.

As far as G/S goes, I really love Route 38 and Route 26. The HGSS Route 47 is also awesome. The FireRed/LeafGreen remix of Violet City, Azalea Town, and Route 42 were all awesome as well :)

1. Kanto Gym Leader Battle (Pokémon HG/SS)
2. Last Time Travel Theme (Prof. Layton and the Unwound Future)
3. Bowser´s Galaxy Generator (Super Mario Galaxy 2)

The intro from the Kanto Gym Leader Battle is EPIC.

xD I always liked the FireRed/LeafGreen version better, but that's just because it's more nostalgic I guess.

Also, the most amazing intro ever is the Johto Gym Leader Battle from HGSS/GSC. I love the intro.
