Does this have to be classical stuff?
Cause I know of a few rock bands that do video game covers.
Like Metroid Metal doing every song from the original Metroid game live. You can find the rest of the parts in the related videos. (Beware of crappy YouTube quality)

On the other hand, there's a great a capella version of a lot of Nintendo themes I saw a while back and managed to find again. The singers are pretty good and it's really funny too!
