Today I won a barbershop competition for the second year in a row. I also earned a violin solo in "You Raise Me Up" and a vocal solo in "Wade in the Water". So, yeah, it's been a pretty good day.

Today I didn't screw up with the gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer in lab like last time! My group got great results, so we got to leave a little early yay!!!

In the same lab session, my professor somehow got the idea I was good with computers. So she called me over to look at the program for the HPLC and despite not being totally familiar with the program, I solved the problem^^ Maybe I won't make an ass of myself doing research in protein structures with her either...
