Just take your school/work vacations at a same time/place as everyone else and it's fine. Maybe someplace that isn't too much of a tourist hotspot so hotels/flights wouldn't be so expensive.

... and the looks on their parents faces when they say they're going to meet people over 18 that they met on the internet. If I was a parent, I would think pedo and that "people on the internet can never be your true friend"
