I'm going to do a new poll thread, this one specifically about music from the Pokemon games.

Okay, here's the first poll. My favorite battle music from Gen I is definitely the Gym Leader theme. =D Probably because I spent so much time in LeafGreen rebattling the powered-up Elite Four.

The Trainer Battle Theme, no doubt. That song is the spirit of Pokémon for me. It's extremely wild and fast-paced, starting with "Oh! Stuff just hit the fan!", and continuing at the same pace. Still, it can be considered a very calm song, if you only listen to the main melody (it's the bass that gives it the hectic feel). It's also the one song I once dream about managing to play on piano. Might sound impossible, but...

I always liked Pokemon battle themes except the Wild Pokemon one. It's just annoying. Maybe I hear it too often. Champion battle is way to go but trainer battle has awesome moments too. But still I think that my favourites come from Gen II.

Also, I downloaded the Black and White soundtrack... I really like One Captivated by Formulae, then noticed that A) It appears right before N Battle on the soundtrack, and B) It is later remixed in the track N, The Pokemon Child. Is it like N's theme or something?

BTW, I also really love the "Come With Me" remix, the Route 4 theme, and I think the biggest candidate for a fantastic piano arrangement is Sayonara. <3

The Fifth Generation was a successful music venture.

EDIT: Also, forgot to mention, Bianca's Theme sounds like something out of Mario Party.

Route 11 is the best, and I love all of its remixes as well, but ironically my least favorite is the Pkmn Stadium one that Cobraroll showed me.

It's just the best. I don't know what else to say about it.
