I haven't played a game in fifth gen so I don't know if I can name all of them, but I will recognize all of them.
And I would get 100% if it was all matching.

Surf, because without it, you can't go to certain, important places.

I hope for the next generation they do at least one of two things:

1) remove the need for hidden machines to be moves. they could be replaced by pokemon's natural ability (E.G flying types being able to fly without the need for the move fly) or an item(e.g a hatchet to cut down trees), or your character actually doing something for once (e.g LEARN TO SWIM)

2) be able to delete HM moves without the need for the move deleter. seriously... why? it makes transferring pokemon from one game to another such a hassle because certain HM moves must be deleted before you can. the pokeworld has the technology to make TMs have infinite use why can't they have HMs be deletable?
