Ok I want to battle somebnody but i has no idea how!!

Have you downloaded pokemon online? If so, click "go online." One of the mods will put the server up (I can't seem to find it now), it's called ninsheet, and then you can decide to battle with them!

I'm trying to use Team Builder on Pokemon Online and every time I try to change Hidden Power, the whole program crashes. Anyone else have this problem and/or know a solution?

I've never heard of that issue before. Have you tried asking on the PO Forums?
